This bulkhead and bumper combo is a huge upgrade to any stock can am x3. Adds an insane amount of strength to the front of the car and helps protect the front in a number of hairy situations. Integrated with our gusset kit, included all of the gusset kit components but welded to the bulkhead
Tube size and thickness is 1.75 .120 wall
Plate Is 11G A366 steel
Every part is cnc cut and designed using solidworks and other 3D software and we are always improving cut quality and design to be more efficient when building our parts
Everything is TIG welded using jigs and being mocked up and test fited as its being built to insure the fit is perfect.
We stand behind our products and if at any point you have any issues installing or something doesnt fit the way it should we will send out replacements and or refund as soon as possible.
Any of our bumper designs will work with the front end of this kit as well

Includes slots on the side to tie down the front of your car just like our standard HD bulkheads
It will not include quick release e track tie down hooks. You can pick those up at harbor frieght or online
More bumper designs will be available with this modular designed bulkhead. Pre runner bumpers light mounts hook plates and other accessories will be available as well
All of our parts are tested on used on our cars using A366/1008 cold rolled we have more than 80 of these bulkhead bumpers out being used daily all over the US and even in other countries and are very thankful we have support from all over. Making changes and tryin to get more products out for not only can am but polaris as well very soon.
