Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

At Freeform Fabrication, we take pride in building high-quality aftermarket parts. Because many of our products are fabricated, made-to-order, or performance-oriented, our return policy is designed to be fair while protecting against misuse and installation-related issues.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be returned in original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)

Items that do not qualify for return:

  • Installed, used, or damaged parts
  • Custom-fabricated or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products modified after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at fr33formfab@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval

We reserve the right to deny refunds if the item does not meet return criteria.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us within 5 days of delivery.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of fabricated and performance parts:

  • Custom builds are final sale
  • Electrical components (if applicable) are non-returnable once installed
  • Any part showing signs of installation will not be accepted

Installation Responsibility

Customers are responsible for proper installation of all parts. We strongly recommend professional installation when applicable.

Improper installation is not a valid reason for return or refund.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped or entered fabrication.

  • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun
