At Freeform Fabrication, we work hard to get your parts built, packaged, and shipped as quickly and safely as possible. Because many of our products are fabricated or made-to-order, shipping timelines may vary.
Order Processing Times

Fabricated or made-to-order items: Typically ship within 1–2 business days, depending on complexity and current workload
Processing times do not include shipping transit time.
If there are any significant delays, we will contact you directly.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.
We primarily ship via major carriers such as:

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
It is your responsibility to monitor the shipment and ensure proper delivery arrangements.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Freeform Fabrication is not responsible for:

Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Freeform Fabrication is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Damaged Shipments

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have shipped.
For fabricated or custom items, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
