A massive upgrade over the thin factory bulkhead—this setup adds serious front-end strength, protects plastics, and holds up in situations where stock parts fold.

Item Notes:

• Updated design with dog bones between upper/lower holes for additional structural support
• Built from 1.75" .120-wall tubing and 11-gauge A366 steel plates
• CNC cut, SolidWorks-designed, and built using multiple 3D tooling programs
• Fully TIG welded using precision jigs; each unit is mock-up fitted during assembly for perfect alignment
• Raw material is prepped before welding—minor scuffs or scratches are normal
• Side slots for E-track style tie-downs (hooks not included; available at Harbor Freight or online)
• Modular system—future bumpers, pre-runner styles, light mounts, hook plates, and more will be available
• Works with our full double-shear gusset kit
• Tested on our own X3 fleet; over 100+ units already in daily use across the US and internationally
• Designed specifically for reinforcing known stress points on the X3 chassis
• Raw metal finish (photos may show clear-coated parts; no powder/paint included)
• Fits all Can-Am X3 models except XMR/XRC due to winch positioning
